Texel Engineers AN ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED COMPANY Established in the year 1996 at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, and further expanded in Bangalore in the year 2004 under sole proprietor by Mr. Somashekar Reddy with the aim to deliver quality and on time Machining solutions. We are a diversified manufacturer and supplier of precision CNC Component and Sheet Metal products we are specialized in Machining of complex design products, Automotive, Hydraulic Equipment, Earthmoving Equipment, Off-road, Locomotive, Medical, and General engineering components.

We have well equipped CNC Machines, 3-meter Long honing machines, manual lathes & grinding machines dealing with special jobs related to cylinders of various sizes to ensure our customers receive a one-stop quality solution We later ventured into the sheet metal business in 2013 mainly dealing with electrical panel boards and telecommunication panels with world-class manufacturing facilities. We have a workforce of around 300 members & an overall manufacturing facility spread over 30,000 sq ft. Our pillar to stand and move forward to the success is because of our delighted customers that are happened with scrupulous customer service, cost-effectiveness, the best quality of products, and success in planned delivery. This made us a better supplier/vendor/service provider to our customers.

Areas of expertise

CNC Machining Division

  • We have more than sixty highly trained craftsmen in our CNC machining unit. Our facility is fully equipped for close tolerance machining of steels, stainless steel, cast iron, high temperature alloys, and aluminum.
  • We are well versed in machining wide range of hydraulic components which include piston, head end cover, cap end cover, flange and spools. We also deal with engine spares, pump enclosures, aero structures.
  • We are equipped with a sophisticated line of machinery, which cater to the uncompromising demands of our customers.

Sheet Metal Division

  • Our sheet metal unit operates in two shifts with also more than Fifty highly trained, designer and craftsmen.
  • We run variety of fabrication process like punching , bending , welding and powder coating with world class machines without compromising quality.
  • We manufacture sheet metal parts like enclosures, brackets, outdoor/indoor, clamps, chassis etc.
  • We are very much experienced in manufacturing telecommunication panels, electrical panels for BHEL and other companies.
